Hardest thing for anyone starting something new is not the complex stuff, but having the simple will to keep consistency when you see no immediate results. Most people would stop with discouragement that comes with the uncertainty of any result in sight. The only thing you need to keep in mind is the importance of consistency in success.
I was re-inspired by Kim Jong Bong who spoke about the importance of how one needs to write more and document more while you have no success. This record from the past becomes extremely valuable after you become successful. It also helps others who are starting out.
Here is the current screenshot of google analytics on my blog as of October 2025. This shows 2 things.
First, it shows I am very low on readership, still. Second, it shows the blog has improved 41.2% in the past 12 months! This proves the power of consistency in success. I am extremely grateful that at least the graph is showing some positive directional improvement.
At this early stage, what’s important is to see any positive sign to motivate one to continue.

Having gone through about a year of consistent weekly blogging, I would like to re-iterate to myself and share with others the current state of learning and experience.
It’s just the mindset – mindset to continue with consistency and success will follow.
1. Everyone starts from zero
James Clear (author of Atomic Habits) blogged weekly for three years before his content took off. By the time the readers arrived, his archive of 150+ thoughtful articles gave him the authority.
So for any new blogger, writer, YouTuber or any solopreneur out there, keep in mind consistency will get you success in time.
2. Compounding effect of Consistency
As per a previous blog on getting 1% better every day, Consistency in any action compounds, just like interest. If you improve your writing quality by just 1% each week, you will be 68% better in one year thanks to compounding. This is a law and hence feel good that Everything is bound by this compounding effect.
3. Makes you the future self
Consistency in your actions (e.g. blogging every week) makes you the future self over time. Nothing else will get you to be the future self.
You will become better at the action with more practice, that always comes true.
I am excited to see what google analytics would be showing me in Oct 2026!
